Structura was proud to partner with Warehaus and Ernst Valery Investments on the design and construction of the Nelson Kohl apartment complex in Baltimore’s Station North neighborhood. Tapping into the neighborhood's rich art scene, the eight-story building provides over one hundred residential units and also features a gallery space, gymnasium, an eighth-floor community space, a residents’ library, a rooftop deck and a 10,000-sq-ft green roof; for a total footprint of 85,000 SF.
