The project involves the design and construction of a new multi-family residential building located at the intersection of North Payson Street, Windsor Avenue, and Clifton Avenue in Baltimore, MD.  The building includes 4 levels of residential units along Clifton Avenue and 4 levels of residential atop 1 level of parking along Payson Street.  The building includes a total of approximately 80,000sf of residential space over 80 units.  There are 15 parking spaces below the podium with additional 30-40 surface parking spaces on the site.  Total building size is approximately 90,000sf.
