Structura was pleased to partner with GMT Architects on the design and construction of Park Kennedy, two new side-by -side mixed use, multi-family residential buildings. Located in SE D.C. and directly adjacent the Stadium-Armory Metro, it serves as the gateway to the upcoming 68-acre Hill East district waterfront neighborhood. Ranging from four to seven stories with below-grade parking and a rooftop amenity space, the buildings feature 262 luxury apartment units and over 16,000 sf of retail space with an outdoor seating plaza.
