Rising from a former parking lot, the new six-story Prince St. Hotel will offer 109 rooms and amenities including an onsite restaurant and a rooftop pool, all within a quarter mile of the King Street Metro Station. The building follows the city’s Green Building guidelines and will also incorporate new public art.
