This project involved renovations and additions to the existing Gallagher Gymnasium and athletic facilities at St. John's College High School, located in Northwest Washington, DC. Our scope of work included the structural design and construction of the following renovations and additions: Gallagher Gymnasium renovation (lowering of the main floor, including modifications to existing foundations and modifications to walls), new concourses on sides, addition of a new two‐story Fieldhouse, dugouts for the new baseball field, renovation of existing football field (removing baseball field to a new location above underground garage, adding 6‐8 lane running track, relocating bleachers), foundation design for new bleachers, retaining walls structures at cut into hillside, and the addition of a new green Quad (replacing existing surface parking lot).
