Working in partnership with Hickok Cole Architects and Lynx Ventures, Structura has been thrilled to play a part in the design and construction of The Current in Richmond Virginia. The Current is a new energetic and vibrant community featuring 60,000 SF of Class A column-free office space with ceiling-to-floor windows, urban-inspired residential living, and 16,000 SF of new shops, restaurants and fitness amenities.  Featuring stunning views of The James River and the downtown Richmond skyline from the rooftop terrace, some of the indoor and outdoor amenities include: restaurants with outdoor patios, entertainment bar, office rooftop terrace, an infinity pool, gourmet kitchens with back splashes, a dog park, and the largest collection of Electric Vehicle charging stations in the Mid-Atlantic.
