Located in the heart of Baltimore’s cultural district, The Fitzgerald is part of a massive redevelopment effort by the University of Baltimore and the surrounding community. The project includes 280 residential units, 14,000 SF of ground-level retail and dining, and a parking garage for 1,245 vehicles to serve the project and surrounding community. The project currently sits on a 7-acre site situated between two Baltimore universities and two performing art institutions near the Mount Royal light rail stop.
