Ryan Sarazen, PE, Associate, and Project Manager, is celebrating his 10-year anniversary with Structura. In addition to his ten years, he also interned with us in his final year at Pennsylvania State University, so technically (and knowing the loyal guy Ryan is) he’d want you to know it’s really year 11. Ryan has engineered and managed a wide range of successful projects of all sizes and construction types over the years– single-family homes to large-scale multi-building multifamily developments, minor commercial tenant improvements jobs to large commercial office buildings—as well as cultivated time-tested relationships with architects and developers alike.

Having earned his PE/SE license in several states across the country, Ryan is currently working on several exciting projects in Maryland, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Texas. These exciting projects include an award-winning senior living building Brightview Bethesda and large multi-family developments Novel Deep Ellum in Dallas and Peninsula 88 in Buzzards Point SW DC all three of which are currently in construction. Currently, in design, he is working on highlight worthy Eckington Park, a new mix-use multi-family project I in the Eckington neighborhood in Washinton DC with Torti Gallas, and new buildings on Erickson Living’s Ashby Ponds and Maris Grove campuses.

A natural team leader, Ryan’s dedication to not only his work but to those who follow him is a quality Structura appreciates him for. Ryan helped his fellow coworkers with the official Structura softball team win many league and city championships over the years. Also a fun fact, Ryan’s golf game is as sharp as his engineering skills as he’s been consistently racking up scores in the 70’s so far this year.

Both the company and Ryan himself looks forward to passing on his work ethic and knowledge to those he will mentor as our company continues to grow. Congratulations again Ryan, and thank you for being such an important and vital piece of what makes Structura great! We know that you will help the company continue to grow and improve, and we’re honored to have you as part of that future.

Let's build something amazing together.
