Structural Engineers

Completed in 2021, we were thrilled to see one of our favorite projects, Park Kennedy, recently awarded Best Multifamily Development by the Washington Business Journal. Structura partnered with GTM Architects on the design and construction of Park Kennedy, two new side-by-side Multifamily Residential and Mixed-Use buildings in the new Hill East District in SE D.C.

The 286,000 SF property ranging from four to seven stories with below-grade parking and a rooftop amenity space, features 262 luxury apartment units and over 16,000 SF of retail space with an outdoor seating plaza. Street facades of mansions and row houses were created to fit within the existing aesthetics of the historical neighborhood. The project has LEED Silver certification through the LEED for Homes Mid-rise program.
