BALTIMORE, MD – We're thrilled to announce that two of our standout projects, Service Center and Perkins Square, were recently selected as 2025 ULI Baltimore Wavemaker Award winners! This recognition from the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Baltimore District Council celebrates innovative, forward-thinking developments that are reshaping communities for the better.
At Structura, we create spaces that spark real change—blending smart design, sustainability, and community to make Baltimore shine brighter. The Service Center adaptive reuse project successfully transformed a former industrial hub into a vibrant mixed-use destination, complete with affordable workspaces, green amenities, and easy access for everyone. Meanwhile, Perkins Square is reimagining a historic neighborhood spot into a modern affordable community with a lively public square that fosters connection, with pop-up markets, art installations, and eco-friendly features that invite folks to linger and engage.
