Topping Out Celebration for 'Parc View at Commonwealth' in Richmond,VA

Structura was thrilled to be part of the celebration with teams from Hickok Cole, RYCON Constructions, Pinecrest Developments, and CMTA as we marked the completion of the 'topping out' for one of our impressive projects - Parc View at Commonwealth.

Parc View is the newest off-campus, energy-efficient student housing residence of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.

The 16-story mixed-use high-rise apartment building boasts 168 units with 509 beds, above ground parking, retail space, and amenities, spanning an approximate total size of 260,000 square feet.
