Structura was pleased to provide structural engineering services for the Hampden Lane retail building, a 52,000 SF facility designed to accommodate a mix of high-end fitness and retail spaces. The project features three stories, with a luxurious Equinox Gym franchise occupying the upper floors and street-level retail and restaurant spaces.

Structura’s team worked closely with the design team to create an ideal environment for the gym, which includes a dramatic foyer, spacious fitness and cycling studios, a spa, saltwater pool, locker rooms, steam room, and a kids’ area. Sustainable elements such as cork flooring and water-efficient fixtures helped the building achieve LEED-CS Gold Certification, ensuring it meets both aesthetic and environmental standards.
