Structura was pleased to collaborate with Torti Gallas + Partners on the design and construction of Bonéval, a stunning 50K SF multi-family residential building in the historic Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC. This mid-rise condominium blends classic architectural elements with upscale, modern finishes to create a refined living space. Project scope involved the demolition of an existing vacant building to make way for the new four-story structure, which now features 40 luxury units. Additionally, Structura provided structural engineering expertise for the development of one level of below-grade parking, optimizing the use of space while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the building.
