Structura was pleased to collaborate with Hickok Cole and Gumenick Properties on the design and construction of the Corner Shops at Libbie Mill Midtown, a key development in the heart of one of Richmond's most rapidly growing neighborhoods. This 80-acre, mixed-use site offers a vibrant urban community, and the Corner Shops add 10,500 SF of new retail space to support its expanding population.
