Structura collaborated with Hord Coplan Macht on the design and construction of a new multi-family residential building located at the intersection of N Payson Street, Windsor Avenue, and Clifton Avenue in Baltimore, MD. The building consists of four stories of residential units along Clifton Avenue, with an additional four stories above a parking podium along Payson Street, totaling approximately 90K SF of space. The project includes 80 residential units, with 15 parking spaces beneath the podium and an additional 30-40 surface parking spaces on-site to accommodate residents. Structura provided critical structural engineering solutions, ensuring a robust, functional, and accessible design that supports the building’s modern residential offerings while enhancing the neighborhood’s infrastructure.
