Located on the site of a former grocery store, Brightview West End integrates senior living into the Rockville Town Center urban infill development. It is a new seven-story building with 194 one- and two-bedroom apartments for seniors offering a mix of independent and assisted living options including memory care services. Other features include a 13,000 SF outdoor amenity deck and 43,000 SF of underground parking. The project’s location in downtown Rockville provides residents easy, walkable access to many suburban amenities including dining and shopping. The building features a green roof design as well as other green and sustainable designs. Total project size is approximately 268,000 SF.
