Glasshouse is located on the former site of Pittsburgh’s historic glassmaking factories on the bank of the Monongahela River, overlooking the city’s central business district. The project consists of residential units, ground-floor retail, and below grade parking. The development will include sustainable features and is planned to achieve the National Green Building Standard (NGBS) certification. Glasshouse also includes a 67-foot span pedestrian bridge.
