A six-story, 210K SF, steel-framed healthcare office building, this project consolidated a medical practice previously occupying several locations under a single roof. Programming dictated the use of special concentric braced frames in the short direction of the building and deep column special moment frames in the other. FEG's design was also accented by a spacious three-story atrium and green roofs, and the building's foundation was comprised of stone columns.
