Buildings J & M, part of the new $2 billion, 300-acre mixed-use development at National Harbor in P.G. County Maryland include a mix of retail and office space as well as two large parking facilities that serve several surrounding buildings. 

Buildings J & M are each comprised of five stories of office/retail space adjacent to a seven-level parking garage totaling 1.2 million SF.
