Northcrest Shopping Center features buildings with contemporary detailing surrounding extensive plazas with outdoor dining and a village green for concerts or community events. The site features 314,960 SF of retail small shops, junior anchor stores including REI and Old Navy, and a Super Target, with a retail village located across from the new regional NorthLake Mall and a future residential component to add an exciting mix of uses.

FEG's overall scope of work consisted of designing and executing the construction of two junior anchor buildings, a mid-sized three unit building (~14K SF) and six small shop buildings (4K - 9K SF each), totaling 137K SF. All buildings were steel framed with bar joist roofs and non-load bearing metal stud exterior walls.
