If you’ve been to the Greensboro Science Center in North Carolina lately than it would be hard to miss one of its amazing new installations - Relativity - a 70-foot-long, 32-foot-high sculpture that arches over the circular driveway in front of the building.
The sculpture - a hollow, variable triangular shape which spans between two ground supported foundations - was created and installed by artist David Hess of Baltimore, who was selected by the Public Art Endowment to create the sculpture. David says the 15,000-pound sculpture highlights how art and science are intertwined.
