Awards: 2017 AIABaltimore Grand Design Award, 2017 Citation Award — AIA Maryland, 2017 Honorable Mention – Building Design + Construction Reconstruction Awards

The historic Parkway Theatre on North Avenue in Baltimore’s Station North Arts District and adjacent buildings in the 1800 block of North Charles Street are being transformed into a multipurpose film center that will provide a permanent home for the Maryland Film Festival. When complete, the complex will provide three screens with 600 total seats, classrooms for film students at Johns Hopkins University and the Maryland Institute College of Art and year-round offices for the Maryland Film Festival.
