University of Maryland in College Park UMD’s campus will feature prep and entertainment venue on campus. This venue will be located at the intersection of Paint Branch Parkway and Baltimore Avenue, that currently houses an unused vehicle maintenance building. The existing one-story building is approximately 9,000 SF. Modifications include: removal of roof, addition of new internal structures and flat roof, new HVAC and plumbing, etc. This building will be brought up to current code wind and EQ and reinforced accordingly.
