Libbie Mill’s newest residential building, Wellsmith Apartments, is five stories, approximately 230,000 SF, and includes 349 apartments and a new 11,800 SF retail center. The accompanying parking garage is 110,000 SF, accommodating 250 vehicles, bringing the total to 340,000 SF for the community to enjoy.
