Structura served as the structural engineer of record for the new clubhouse at the Kenilworth at Perring Park apartment complex in Parkville, MD, working alongside Arris Design. This new 7,100 SF clubhouse replaces the former building and provides a modern facility featuring office spaces, a gym, community areas, and resident amenities. Additionally, Structura's work included the design and construction of a 1,200 SF pool bathhouse, enhancing the complex's outdoor amenities for residents.
